You Can Cure Your Illness
Years ago, I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and now it’s gone. While I didn’t understand how at the time, I managed to get rid of it, now I do. I learned how to cure many health conditions quickly and simply. I even started a pharmaceutical company, which I put on hold and may return to it. I have had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading doctors. At this moment, virtually all chronic health conditions are treatable using conventional or other approaches, but most people simply are not aware of the options. That’s what I want to share with you here.
Ignore Studies Because Studies are Subjective
I am not going to cite any medical research studies. I feel like everyone tries to prove their point with a study. This study says that 82.5% of people who do this have this happen. The reason I am not going to cite those studies is that, first, most people don’t understand the actual studies that they are citing, and for every study, someone seems to be able to find a contrary one. Despite the best intentions, studies are not objective; they are always subjective.
Many People Seek Conventional Care
Many people seek the advice of conventional doctors or even natural healers. You have cancer? Take chemotherapy. Do you have allergies? Take this antihistamine. You are overweight? Take this drug. There are a few problems with this.
The Root Cause is Not Addressed
First, the root cause is not addressed. Why did you get cancer? Why do you have allergies? Why are you overweight? None of these conditions is natural to humans when you look at human history, and they are relatively recent problems, especially with the introduction of the food pyramid in the early 1970s. And even if you can address the condition, since the root cause is not addressed, other conditions will come up. You’re just replacing one condition with another.
Medicines and Remedies Virtually Never Help
At the moment, I cannot identify a single medication that works overall. And there is an easy way to prove this. Look at the claims the treatment makes. If you look at a drug or treatment, the implication is that by taking or following that treatment plan, you will get healthier. Whether you want to be healthy, happy, or live a long time, none of these things that I have seen promise that. Look at the claims. If a medication truly worked, it would say something like “Proven to help you live longer and be happier.” Instead, the claims are more like “Proven to Lower Cholesterol,” the implication being that you will also live longer and be happier, but this is not the case, and the side effects outweigh the benefits. I don’t know a single drug or conventional treatment that allows you to live longer or be happier and is proven.
People Assume That They’re Broken
Another fascinating point is that when people get sick, they assume that they are somehow “broken” or “defective” and therefore they need a fix. They accept the health problem as a fact of life. If you believe the body was created by God, are you suggesting that God gave you an imperfect body and made a mistake? If you believe in evolution, then are you suggesting that despite billions of years of evolution, somehow bodies and genes are now defective and have gotten worse? I hear, for example, that something is genetic. Did everyone’s genes suddenly break?
Animals Virtually Never Get Sick
Animals do not suffer from the chronic health problems that we have, unless exposed to a human lifestyle, for example, a dog eating human-made kibble. So why do people accept that they are sick and it’s just the way that it is?
A Ketogetnic Diet
I’ll start by giving you a more action-based conventional medical approach to treating, and that is to try a ketogenic diet, and even more intense is a carnivore diet. You can believe what I say or not, but at the moment, the newest medical literature seems to suggest this can cure virtually every chronic health condition.I suggest you explore this on YouTube. You can find countless examples of how this helps people. I’ve yet to see anyone fail on it if they stick to it.
A Cure For Cancer
There is a cure for cancer. And I want you to note your reaction to that statement because that reaction will tell you something about what you believe about health. I find that it bothers most people, and they want to prove it wrong. Why? I will not get into the details here, but the basic idea is that cancer is the result of the disruption of the oxidative phosphorylation process within the mitochondria as a result of too many carbohydrates (including vegetables) and a lack of oxygen (exercise).
The mitochondria start fermenting sugar and replication like simple bacteria. Cancer cells in humans require glucose and glutamine. If you cut these off, the cancer will die. The human body has zero requirements for glucose in the diet. This can be proven simply by the fact that there are many healthy people who do not eat carbohydrates. But you will not find a healthy person who does not eat fat or protein; they will be dead. Look at some of the research by Dr. Thomas Seyfried to learn more. Success rates, or at least improvement rates, are close to 100% in people who follow this treatment, but don’t quote me on that, and I’m too lazy to do the research, and as I said earlier, studies are subjective.
This is so solid that there is actually a device that you can buy to measure whether you are in a state of eliminating cancer or having an environment ripe for developing it. It’s called the KetoMojo meter.
You Will Still Die
An important point to make here is that regardless of your approach to health, there is no cure for life. So first and foremost, enjoy your life.
Who Do You Admire?
Let’s suppose that you’re sick or have some health problem. I want you to think about someone that you admire or someone that you would love to meet. Let’s suppose this person came to town and wanted to meet you in person. They provided you with the location of their suite at the Four Seasons, along with a date and time. Would you show up? What if you were sick?
The point I am trying to make is that your mental attitude plays a significant role in your overall health. It’s amazing how people are able to find the energy to do something exciting.
You Created Your Illness
Many people don’t want to accept that they create their illness. “I wouldn’t create this!”And the thought of that, and I’ve been there, feels like blame when life is already challenging. I’m not saying that you created it consciously, but unconsciously. You can say that you didn’t create it, but then this gives you no real power to fix it. If you didn’t create it, then life sucks and you’re just a victim. You could say that God created it, but then would an unconditionally loving god make you sick? Or is it more likely that he/she/it gave you the power to live your life freely and choose any life, even an unhappy one?
We Create Illness Unconsciously
We create our illnesses unconsciously. This does not mean that it’s “in your head,” although in some cases it might be, but I’ll get to that. Illnesses serve us in some way, and when you understand why, then you can find more constructive ways to deal with them.
When I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, in retrospect, I can see that I created it because I didn’t want to do the job I was doing, and I didn’t want to work. I had been running a successful internet banking company, and I didn’t enjoy it. I could have just quit or whatever, but I felt that I had to keep working, and that people who don’t work are lazy. I could have found more enjoyable ways to make a living, but at that time, I didn’t see that as possible. I felt that to make money, you have to pay a price and have an unpleasant job.
I realized that having the condition would make my life miserable and probably shorten it, so while I didn’t know what to do, I realized that at least I could start enjoying it more. I made the bold move of spending a year in Europe working remotely. After a year, the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome was gone.
Instant Success
I have seen instant success in curing health problems in my own life, and at least minimizing others, and healing rapidly. Whether you believe that God creates your reality or whether you believe that you create your reality, you can, in many cases, instantly eliminate a health problem. It’s possible.
For example, I have woken up in the night and felt horrible. I was sick to my stomach. I immediately thought, “Oh! That’s because I had this certain food for dinner.” Being conscious of this, I realized that first, all feelings come from beliefs, and second, it is always right here and right now. I feel bad because I’m deciding that that particular food is unhealthy or bad. Once I realized this and accepted that it’s not inherently bad and it’s just my belief, the illness disappeared instantly, and I felt perfect.
How Does it Serve You?
When you have a health condition, consider that it was created as a positive service to you. If it’s not positive, then it means you are resisting in some way. The root cause is often that we don’t want to be honest with ourselves about something. Maybe it’s something we want to do, or maybe not do. This is your journey, but I will suggest some causes of illness in many people. Many of these have been problems for me.
You are afraid to accept how good your life is. You feel you don’t deserve a good life, and by having an illness, you can pay a price. Many people feel that they need to pay a price to be happy.
It helps you avoid taking responsibility for your life. People will say things to themselves like “Well, I wish I could do this or that, but I can’t because I’m sick.” Doing what you want to do is scary for many people, and so an illness gives you a way out that society can accept.
You need to rest, but refuse to. You are hung up on \being productive and feel inadequate if you are not constantly doing something.
It’s (Probably) Not In Your Head
When I present these types of things, as I said before, it doesn’t mean that it’s “in your head,” or that you’re making it up. In this reality, thinking doesn’t create reality; action does. It’s not what you think that creates reality, but the way you act. Thoughts are like recipes or blueprints; they are useless unless you act on them. If you believe that you are a victim of your health, then you will act like it and prove it to yourself that you are a victim. But it’s not the illness, it’s your insistence that you are a victim and your commitment to that idea.
Action Is Necessary
Generally, for most illnesses, there is one of two causes.
You are avoiding doing something out of fear. Be more aware of what you want to do and what excites you, and then do it. Take action.
You should be doing something that you’re fighting. The illness is forcing you to do something that you would not otherwise do, like rest or be honest with someone,
Take A Trip to Hawaii
I have spent a lot of time in the mental health world and, in particular, in suicide watch wards, where people who tried to commit suicide are kept and watched so that they don’t hurt themselves.
I always wonder, “Why suicide?” I can understand that life seems to suck to them, but couldn’t they think of at least one thing better to do?” If you’re going to go out, isn’t there at least one thing that you can do that’s more fun? Rob a bank. Take a trip to Hawaii? Find a way to make it happen> it’s cheaper than the expense of killing yourself. You provide much more value to the world.
What is your trip to Hawaii? If life is meaningless and hard and doesn’t matter anymore, what would you want to do?
Can You Act?
In general, a good first step is to simply identify things you would enjoy doing and do them. Are you prevented from doing the things you want, or do you feel obligated to do things?
Early on, when I was in therapy, I realized I was spending like $400 for 50-minute sessions. At some point, I thought, “Can’t I find a more productive way to spend $400?” I started buying stuff for myself. A Blu-ray player. A nice dinner. Some nice clothes. This is more positive than you think, because it demonstrates that you can take control of your life. You can take action and be happy.
Do You Disagree With Me?
As I write all of this, how does this make you feel? Are you angry? Are you excited? Do you feel I’m arrogant for presenting these ideas>? Do you feel that I’m insensitive? Do you feel it doesn’t apply to you? I ask you, why do you want to believe that? What benefit do you get out of blaming me? I write this because I genuinely want to provide a way out for you. I’ve been there, and I wish someone had told me a long time ago.
It Can Be Easy
When I mention that there is some mental work to be done, people can make it complicated. Don’t. They use complications as an excuse to keep feeling the way that they feel. “I understand what you’re saying, but I just can’t figure it out.” Instead, be willing to be brutally honest with yourself, and allow the answers to come easily. You can also just make it easy by saying, “I don’t know what the cause is, but I intend to enjoy my life, and I will allow the answer to come forward when I’m ready,” and just keep an open attitude. Then focus on enjoying your life. You don’t go looking behind every rock and corner, as if you are some complicated, severely broken person.
All Feelings Come From Beliefs
Another key point to understand is that when you feel bad, all feelings come from beliefs. People think that feelings are “biological” things coming from your brain, but they are not. There are no “pain” nerves. There may be nerves telling you there is a problem, but at the end of the day, what determines whether something feels good or bad is your decision. All feelings come from beliefs. You know something and you have an opinion about it. For example, people who are injured but don’t know it, don’t feel pain (this is common in shark attacks, where people don’t realize they’ve been attacked). Some people intentionally injure themselves and enjoy it. Can you imagine getting injured for love and being happy about it? You decide that it’s good or bad.
What Do You Want?
In general, I think a good place to start for most people is to make a daily practice of asking, “What do I want?” Just make a list of all that you want. If you had a magic wand or the genie’s lamp, or the power of God, what would you do? This puts you in the position of identifying your excitement. Then focus on how it would make you feel and how you would live your life if the world were the way that you wanted. This can force you to focus on what you can do, rather than what you can’t.
Are You Prevented From Doing What You Want?
If you feel that you cannot do what you want, are you sure? Who says so? Maybe there’s something else you need to do first. But I find that for most people, there is always something clear they can do, and nothing is stopping them other than their belief that they cannot have what they want.
