Solve Any Problem

Many people face challenges in their lives and wonder, “How do I figure this out?” There are specific ways to do that, regardless of the problem. I want to provide a few ways to approach the challenges in your life.

Approach #1: Imagination

First, you can use your imagination. Imagine how you might solve the problem. Imagine how someone else might solve the problem. Imagine how a role model would deal with that situation if they were in your shoes. What advice would you give? What advice would they give? Think about various people in your life. Think about people that you admire. Think about people that you don’t. Then ask yourself what would they do? What shouldn’t they do? How could they go about this? Your imagination is a specifically designed tool for you that will give you the answer to any problem or situation that you plug in.

Approach #2: Tune Your Mind to the Answer

Remember, your mind is not a biological computer. It is a satellite dish, and it can receive answers. Therefore, another approach to solving problems is to simply imagine that the problem was solved and be open to getting answers. There is a specific way to apply this. The reason that you want a solution to a problem is for an emotional reason. Use that. This is how you tune your mind to a “different” station and get new information.

Do the following procedure.

  1. Write down the problem that you want to solve as if it were solved. For example: “I have a nice place to live. I enjoy my home.”

  2. Focus. Force yourself to really focus. Write down what you would feel. Really focus on the feelings. Feelings are how you tune your mind to a new frequency. Focus + feeling.

  3. Write down how you would feel.

  4. As you do, you will notice that new thoughts will come to you. Make a note of those. How would a person who felt the way you say you want to feel think? What would they be thinking?

  5. Write down the actions. Notice, as you focus on the previous steps, that ideas for actions will come to you. Make a list of the types of things you would do and think about, and how you would move forward. What would a person who felt the way you wanted to feel do in your situation? How would someone who felt the way you felt act in your shoes? What advice would you give to someone who wanted what you wanted?

  6. Take those actions. After you have done this exercise, follow those actions. Actions are what changes the reality. Your thinking is the blueprint, the recipe, the book, but it is the action that makes it real.
