Changing the World
A photo of a snow plow made for train tracks parked in Andermatt, Switzerland, ready for the upcoming winter.
This is part of my series on how I want us to be better than Switzerland. Something that I think about often, and I want to remind myself and anyone reading, is the answer to the question: “How do you change the world?” I want us to be better than Switzerland, but how do we actually make that happen?
The simple answer is to be like a citizen of the best country on earth. Remember to others you are the rest of the world, so be an example.
Be clean.
Be organized.
Choose quality.
Make your home nice.
Assist others.
Be respectful.
Drive responsibly.
Be polite.
Be intentional with your life. Be clear on what you want.
Take responsibility for your life (don’t blame or criticize others).
Focus on what you can do and what you want.
